The Black Belt Academy Policy: All students are required to attend their Progress Check & Graduation days.

There is great value and purpose in participating in Progress Check and Graduation days. This formal assessment is necessary for student growth and advancement. Performing in front of class also provides students with the opportunity to build confidence and to be recognized by their family and peers. Therefore we ask that you understand that we are unable to make exceptions.

If you have an emergency and are unable to attend your scheduled progress check or graduation, please follow these procedures:

1- Download and complete this form (PDF format)

2- Submit for your instructor's approval

3- You will be rescheduled for the following month
