GOLD PROGRAM
The Guidance On Leadership Development (GOLD) Program is available to 1st Brown and Novice Black Belts. Designed to work in concert with the curricula of these belts, students will lead by example and work to develop the attitudes and behaviors expected of a candidate for 1st Degree Black Belt. Students will achieve these ends through a combination of attendance to standard classes and additional Leadership classes each week. This storm surge of activity will prepare them for the Black Belt Exam and solidify a foundation of focus, integrity, and maturity required for admission into the AIT Program.

AIT PROGRAM
The Assistant Instructor Training (AIT) Program is available to 1st Degree Black Belts. Leadership students enrolled in this program understand that the most beneficial element of martial arts training is not to follow, but to lead, and to do so in a way that inspires and encourages others to accomplish their goals in martial arts and in life. Designed to pursue this philosophy, the AIT Program unlocks an additional class specifically dedicated to cultivating the leaders of tomorrow.
