The Leadership Program has been created to provide our students yet another way to develop life skills and the attitudes that support them here at The Black Belt Academy. Originally reserved to those students training to earn their Second Degree Black Belt, it is now open to students as early as 1st Brown Belt or by instructor approval.

While there are special awards for extraordinary dedication to the training, awards which can and should be listed in their Application Resume for the Black Belt Exam, Leadership students understand that the most beneficial element of martial arts training is not to follow, but to lead, and do so in a way that inspires and encourages others to accomplish their goals in martial arts and in life.
